  • Did the founder work around the code as well as the code: pitched Paqt to investors and potential customers, ran customer discovery interviews, sent proposals to prospects, and handled hiring.
  • Built a SaaS contract negotiation and e-signature platform with a Next.js and TypeScript front end and a backend that moved from Laravel and Node.js to Convex.
  • Architected the editor on Tiptap, with custom extensions and collaborative editing.
  • Built the PDF editor, negotiation module, image resizer and real-time chat over Socket.io.
  • Implemented the OAuth 2 flow for a custom Zapier integration.
  • Set TypeScript strict mode, component patterns and testing standards, and led technical design reviews.
  • Drafted the SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA policy suite.
